Refund & Return Policy

At Scarlett's Lamps, every piece is cast and hand-finished, and we want you to be genuinely happy with what arrives. Please read this policy before placing your order, as all purchases are subject to the terms below.

Your Right To Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason — including simply changing your mind.

To cancel, email us at support.scarlettslamps@gmail.com with your order number and let us know you'd like to cancel. Once you've told us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.

To be eligible, the lamp must be:

• In its original condition, unused and undamaged
• Returned in its original packaging where possible

Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we can't refund items that don't reach us.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. This includes the standard delivery cost you originally paid.

Damaged Or Faulty Items

If your lamp arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you're entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please contact us as soon as you can so we can put it right quickly.

Email support.scarlettslamps@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Clear photos of the packaging
• A brief description of the issue

We cover return postage on faulty or damaged items, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund — your choice.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for:

• Orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address
• Failed delivery attempts where nobody was available
• Parcels returned to sender due to incorrect address details

If a parcel is returned to us for one of these reasons, we can reship it once the correct address is confirmed. Reshipping costs may apply.

Order Changes & Cancellations Before Dispatch

Because crafting begins quickly, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. If we haven't started production, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. If it's already in production, your right to cancel after delivery (above) still applies.

Product Care & Safety

Your lamp is a decorative lighting piece. To keep it in good condition:

• Clean with a soft dry cloth only — avoid chemicals and abrasive cleaners
• Never submerge the lamp or base in water
• Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight, which can discolour resin over time
• Use only the supplied cable with a standard USB adapter

Small variations in colour, swirl pattern and finish are a natural result of hand-casting and are not considered defects.
